These Terms govern your use of myLaundry's technology‑enabled laundry services, including pickup, cleaning, ironing, packaging, and delivery.

1. Services

  • - We provide laundry and dry‑cleaning services through our branch network and delivery partners.
  • - Orders may be placed online, via WhatsApp/SMS, or in person.
  • - Turnaround times and fees vary by service, garment type, and location.

2. Your responsibilities

  • - Remove valuables and check pockets before handing in items.
  • - Disclose special care instructions and pre‑existing damage or stains.
  • - Provide accurate pickup/delivery addresses and be available during the selected window.

3. Garment care and limitations

  • - We follow care labels and industry standards. Some stains may not be removable.
  • - Normal wear, color loss, or manufacturer defects may surface during cleaning and are not our liability.
  • - For delicate items, we may recommend alternative treatment or decline service.

4. Loss and damage policy

  • - Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with your tracking code.
  • - Verified claims are resolved by repair, re‑cleaning, or compensation up to a reasonable value, considering age and condition.
  • - We are not responsible for items without care labels or with undisclosed damage.

5. Pricing, payments, and cancellations

  • - Prices are listed on our site or confirmed at order time; surcharges may apply for special handling.
  • - Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store full card details.
  • - You may cancel before processing begins; fees may apply after cleaning starts.

6. Technology and communications

  • - We use technology to power order tracking, notifications, routing, and support.
  • - You agree to receive service communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in‑app messages.
  • - Data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

7. Pickup and delivery

  • - Missed pickups/deliveries may incur re‑delivery fees.
  • - Drivers may refuse pickup if items are unsafe or contaminated.
  • - Risk passes upon delivery to your address or designated recipient.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Updates are posted on this page.
