By using myLaundry's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "myLaundry," "we," "us," or "our" refers to myLaundry and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies.
- "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that uses our services.
- "Services" refers to laundry, dry cleaning, pickup, and delivery services provided by myLaundry.
3. Modifications to Terms
myLaundry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. myLaundry reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

1. Service Description
myLaundry provides washing, dry cleaning, ironing, folding, pickup, and delivery services for clothing and household items. Services are subject to availability in your area.
2. Service Orders
Orders can be placed via our WhatsApp, mobile application, website, or phone. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your garments and preferences.
3. Pickup and Delivery
myLaundry will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times, but does not guarantee specific times. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to handover and receive items during the scheduled timeframes.
4. Service Timeline
Standard service typically takes 24-48 hours from pickup to delivery, but timelines may vary based on volume, service selected, and other factors. Express service may be available at additional cost.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a pickup/delivery at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Item Restrictions
myLaundry reserves the right to refuse service for certain items that may be damaged by normal cleaning processes or that contain hazardous materials. Please refer to our "Prohibited Items" list on our website for details.

1. Pricing
Service prices are as listed on our website or application at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice. Special handling, stain treatment, and other services may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Billing
You will be billed based on the final count and weight of your items as determined by myLaundry. For subscription plans, you will be billed according to the terms of your specific plan.
4. Late Payments
myLaundry reserves the right to hold items until payment is received in full. Late payments may incur additional fees and affect future service eligibility.
5. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of service completion. Refunds are issued at myLaundry's discretion and may be provided as service credits rather than monetary refunds.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. myLaundry reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

1. Limited Liability
myLaundry's liability for damaged or lost items is limited to 5 times the cost of the service for the specific item, not to exceed GH₵500 per order. Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery.
2. Garment Condition and Care Labels
myLaundry follows care label instructions when available. Items without care labels or with faded/illegible instructions are processed at the customer's risk. myLaundry is not liable for damage resulting from improper care instructions or pre-existing damage.
3. Natural Wear and Tear
myLaundry is not responsible for normal wear and tear, including color fading, fabric weakening, or damage to worn or aged items that occurs during normal cleaning processes.
4. Item Inspection
You are advised to inspect all items upon delivery. Acceptance of delivery without immediate inspection may limit your ability to claim damages.
5. Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date may be donated or disposed of at myLaundry's discretion. myLaundry will make reasonable attempts to contact you before disposing of unclaimed items.
6. Force Majeure
myLaundry is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
