Wash & Fold is priced by bag size (Small–XL). Dry Cleaning is priced per item. For a quick estimate, send a photo on WhatsApp and our AI will provide instant pricing.

Yes — we provide professional Ironing & Pressing and specialist Stain Removal. Add it to your order or mention it in your notes when scheduling pickup.
Pickup & Delivery

All pickups and deliveries are between 7am and 7pm. We'll text you within 30 minutes before pickup or delivery. Not available? Ask about myLaundry Drop for personless pickup/delivery.

Yes — we can collect and return to your doorstep, building reception, or a safe place you specify. Just add the details in your pickup notes.
Turnaround & Same-Day

Standard turnaround is next-day for most services. Need it sooner? Ask about Same-Day availability and Express options when you message us.
Payments

We accept Mobile Money and cash. For business accounts, please contact us for invoicing options.
Care & Special Items

We pre-treat stains with targeted chemistry and use fabric-appropriate methods (e.g., solvent cleaning for dry clean only). Please add any care notes you have.
